Responsibilities of the H R department
The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing our Company's compensation plan, keeping attendance and payroll information and maintaining other important company records, minutes of the Board of Directors meetings, and the company charter.
COMPENSATION PLAN
All businesses pay their employees wages, salaries, or commissions for their work. They are a major cost to most businesses, and a fair compensation plan is an effective management tool. Workers perform better and continue working for the same company when they are adequately compensated. At our Board meeting of Vriksha all the directors along with the President sat down and decided the compensation plan. We decided to have a weekly salary, a daily wages and an amount for attending Board meetings. I have enclosed the details in the attachment found below.
